Policies

Delivery times:  Your purchase will be made special for you order and will ship within two to four weeks you will not be charged until your piece is shipped.

Shipping and packing charges:    All shipping and packing to destinations in the Continental United State is included in the price of the piece, multiple piece discounts are available and will be quoted on the conformation of the order.  Up charges for shipping out of Continental US will be quoted and must be approved before order is deem complete.  Products will normally be shipped UPS.

Returns:     If you are not satisfied products can be returned at my expense for full refund.

A little information about pottery:   All the pieces in this line are cast from my originals and are very consistent in size and shape.   Please keep in mind that due to the nature of the raku process glaze variations can and will occur.  Most pieces will be very close to perfect, what is a technical flaw or aesthetic attribute can be a subjective call and I do my best to go over each piece and make sure it is up to my standers, if you have a low tolerance for variations you may want to reconsider your purchase.
